Hi everyone!👋
Lia @ Lost in a Story has tagged me to take on the Mulan Book Tag. Thanks so much, Lia!💞 Make sure to check out her wonderful blog for adorable graphics, great reviews, fun tags, and more!😋
I personally haven’t seen the Mulan movies (I KNOW😱😂), but they seem good, and I may watch them in the future.
Anyways, without further ado…
“When will my reflection show who I am inside?” – An inaccurate book cover that doesn’t really reflect what the book is about.
Like, seriously, WHAT IS THIS COVER? What in the actual world is this supposed to represent? Seriously, so many topics are covered in this amazing story, and they go and pick a bland yellow cover with a random picture of a guy from the legs under? You have got to be kidding me😶 .
Mushu – a character with a lot to prove.
Tally in the Uglies books by Scott Westerfeld totally had lots to prove, and her persistence really showed throughout☺️.
“I’ll make a man out of you!” A character who develops the most or a book with some kick-ass training scenes.
It is quite awesome when Tilly gets trained to be a ninja from a ballerina in Sunrise Underground (they are pretty much two opposite things😂), and she as well develops a lot!
“A girl worth fighting for.” A ship you will defend until your last breath.
I really liked Eden and Ash’s relationship in this book, and even though their families may not be 100% on board with it, I’d do anything for them to have their way and be together.❤️
Huns- A book/character that gives you the creeps.
I don’t normally read creepy/spooky books, so my answer for this question will have to be Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children (again!😂 )
Mulan- your favourite badass female protagonist.
I will be answering this question with Liesl from the book I’ve just finished (at the time of my writing this), Wintersong by S. Jae-Jones. You’ll be seeing my review sometime in January, but I have to say that it was awesome!😄
I tag…
Sorry if you’ve already participated in this, or if you just don’t feel like it! I totally understand, and as well, feel free to take on this tag even if I haven’t tagged you☺️.
So tell me, are you a fan of Mulan? Have you read any of these books, and if so, opinions? Would you recommend that I see the Mulan movies? Let me know in the comments below.
Au revoir!💜
Thanks for the tag! 🙂 I’m totally with you on the Perks cover – what is that?
I look forward to doing this soon!

I completely agree with the cover of The Perks of Being a Wallflower!! What even is that cover?? It looks like someone tried but completely failed! I prefer the cover with the red writing on it.
Thank you for the kind words ❤

I completely agree on your choice of Tally in the Uglies series. I loved those books so much! Lol. And I have yet to read The Perks of Being A Wallflower, however that yellow is just blah!

I’m not the biggest fan of Mulan but I will watch it when its on. Only Miss P’s and I absolutely love that trilogy, I can’t wait to get to the third book. Yes! The Mulan movie is so adorable and empowering.

I’ve only read the first book of Miss P’s- it was only okay. Is the second book better? And be sure to let me know about the third one, too! And thanks for letting me know about Mulan☺️
