December 2016 Holiday Book Haul🎄

Hi everyone!☺️

Well, this year flew by fast! It is currently New Year’s Eve (well, day), and I can’t wait for 2017 to arrive! I had a great year both with my life and my blog, and I can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store. For those who celebrate the holidays, I hope they were great and that you were able to spend some great times with your loved ones, as well as get (and read) BOOKS!😊💕

Anyway, without further ado, here is my last book haul of 2016:

Thanks so much to author V.S. Nelson, Indigo, and publishers via Netgalley for all the ARCs, I definitely appreciate it! Also thanks to my family for the Hannukah gifts!💗

So tell me, have you guys read any of these books? If so, what did you think of them? What books did YOU haul this month? What were your bookish holiday presents? Let me know in the comments below.

For the last time in 2016, au revoir!💜

  1. Awesome book haul! I’m having trouble getting through Glass Sword, but hopefully you’ll enjoy it much more than I am. I’m really looking forward to reading Carry On and Simon! I’ve heard nothing but great things about them. I loved Before I Fall. I thought it was beautifully written and had a great message 🙂 I’m not a huge fan of the Maze Runner series, but the second was just as entertaining as the first! And congrats on getting those ARCs! Happy New Year’s Eve and good luck on all those reads 😀

    1. Thanks, Azia! Unfortunately, I kind of went through the same problem as you in not being able to get into Glass Sword, but I trudged my way through. Keep persevering! Carry On and Simon were both great, so I hope you enjoy! And Before I Fall was just okay for me, but I can see why others like it more. I’m not really sure if Lauren Oliver is the best author for me, as I didn’t like Panic either. I did like Delirium, though! And I liked the first better than the second Maze Runner book. Happy new year to you, too, and thank you!☺️

      1. I guess I’ll have to trudge my way through, too! I rarely DNF a book, and I really want to support Aveyard as a newish author, so I’ll try my best to get through it. I’m glad you liked Carry On and Simon! I’ll definitely be bumping those ones up on my TBR list. I didn’t much like Delirium, but I loved Before I Fall LOL. I’ll have to read Panic so I can make a decision on whether or not I like Lauren Oliver haha. I definitely liked the first Maze Runner book over the second, too! Happy reading! 😀
