Hi everyone!👋
It seems like I just keep amassing these… because here are my 7th and 8th Sunshine Blogger Award nominations. Thanks so much to Laura @ thebookcorps & Lena @ bookfandom1001 for thinking of me!☺️ For those who haven’t yet checked out their blogs, I suggest you do so now for pure awesomeness!
The Rules:
- Answer the 11 questions from the nominator.
- Nominate
113 blogs. - Ask them 11 questions.
So let’s get on with it! Starting with Laura’s questions:
What is a film you hated and why?
I did not really like The Storks, I just found it really boring and like a lot of the other kids’ movies I’ve seen. That’s not to say I hated it, though…😬 (some scenes were adorable!💞)
Would you rather read a paperback, hardback, eBook, or listen to an audiobook?
Both Laura and Lena ask this question, so here is my answer to both: I personally prefer reading paperbacks. They just weigh a lot less and are easier to carry around, and I find it easier to fiddle around with the pages while reading a paperback to absorb the information while I read.
What country/city would you love to live in?
If money wasn’t a factor and I could take all my loved ones with, then I guess I’d say Florida. I’d love to live near the beach and have a pool to use year-round: it would be amazing!🌴😍
What is the best way to spend the day?
Two words: READING and BLOGGING!
If you could choose anyone in history, who would you marry?
I have never really thought about this, to be honest. I think I may have to skip this question for today, sorry!😕
Would you rather travel back in time or to the future?
Back in time, I’d LOVE the nostalgia that it would bring. Well, just as long as I don’t ruin anything🙈.
What is a book genre you hate reading?
I don’t hate reading any genres; I’ll give anything a try once. I do have a least favourite genre, though, and that is paranormal. Yeeeaaahh. We are not friends.🙅
If you were a ghost, who would you haunt, and why?
Honestly, I’d probably haunt myself and see how I look in other people’s eyes, LOL!😂
What is your dream job?
Actual, paying job? Probably a lawyer, more specifically an entertainment, real estate, or literary one. But a job for fun? BLOGGING, of course, or simply anything to do with books😉
Who is the worst fictional character ever?
Haha, he’s all I could think of, sorry😂
What magical creature would you wish to be?
I think it would be quite cool to be a fairy. I’d love to fly and watch over people, especially if I had the ability to turn invisible…😏
And now for Lena’s questions:
How many books do you have on your TBR?
On Goodreads, I currently have 64 books on my TBR, but that number grows and shrinks almost every day, as I read more books from it and add more that captivate me😄.
What old school book did you have to read for class and hated?
Skybreaker was just not for me, guys!😬 Paranormal middle grade story + unknowingly assigned the second book in a series=complete disaster!😂
What book did you hate that you now love?
I honestly don’t have an answer to this question, sorry! I don’t normally re-read books I dislike- why waste time doing that when I have a huge TBR of seemingly way better books to get through?
What’s your favourite Jennifer L. Armentrout?
I haven’t read any of her books yet, but The Problem with Forever looks interesting😊
What book do you wish was popular?
I just wish more people would read Symptoms of Being Human- it’s SO important!!
What author do you recommend?
MORGAN MATSON FOR THE WIN!!💜
What’s your favourite book cover?
I like attractive covers with lots of colour, and especially those with my favourite colour magenta, such as these ones:
What book cover do you not like?
This cover is just blah, and it really doesn’t capture the amazingness of the story.
What book shouldn’t have gotten a sequel?
I didn’t mind Where She Went, the sequel to If I Stay, but in my opinion, it just wasn’t necessary. It was great to see where the characters ended up after the accident, though!
My questions…
- If your region is just finishing up spring, what are you doing this summer? Or if not, what did you do this past summer?
- How many physical books do you own?
- Under what circumstances would you DNF a book?
- What was the last movie you saw in theatres? Did you enjoy it?
- What are your favourite and least favourite things about blogging?
- Tell me a teaser sentence from the book you’re currently reading!
- What device do you use to write your blog posts (computer, phone, etc.)?
- Tell me a little known fact about you that no other bloggers know.
- If you could travel anywhere in the world right this instant, where would you go, and why?
- What song is stuck in your head right now? (if any)
- Give a shoutout to 5 awesome bloggers, and spread the love like confetti!
My nominees…
It’s totally fine with me if you don’t feel like participating, but I do really want to see your answers!☺️
So tell me, do you agree with me about any of my answers? What would be your answers to any of the questions? Have you read any of the books mentioned? Opinions? Let me know in the comments below.
Au revoir!💜
I love your answers they were way better than mine thanks for doing the tag. 😊

Congratulations! This was a great post.
I think I would go back in time as well, for the same reasons as yours lol.
I would probably have chosen Umbridge over Voldemort in the worst fictional character question. I mean, she’s so annoying!
Thanks for sharing. 🙂

Thanks, Ava!😊
Is Umbridge from Harry Potter? If so… I really need to read some more of them, LOL!

Yes! And she’s the worst character you’ll ever come across! Brace yourself 😉

Is she in the books after the third, or have I just not paid enough attention?

Ohh she is introduced in the 5th book.

Which explains why I don’t know her… I’ve only read the first three!😂
